Send a training request
Found a trainer you like? Send them a request for a training contract directly from their profile. No email, no separate messaging app โ it all happens inside MyFitnessGoals.

Train with your coach
Once the trainer accepts, they can assign routines, review your progress, and adjust your programming. Your existing workout history carries over so your coach sees where you started.
